Comments:	The website is well designed and simple to use. It is possible to choose between running a very basic search (area and type) or an advanced one with more details. The properties are advertised with full detail, several pictures and long descriptions. If you are selling your house you have to pay to view emails from potential buyers. Have sent several emails to people over the past couple of months advertising their property on this site but no reply. Assume therefore that either the properties have sold, or that they dont exist. Extremely irritating. Suggest that a date is given when the advertisment is placed. Very good site, if only the people who advertise replied. I must have emailed 2 or 3 people and have had no response. Are they still for sale? if not why does the advert not indicate that it is sold. Quite frustrating really. Have emailed the company and aske them to indicate when the adverts were placed. it would then give an indication if the items was current or not good and very helpful when I was marketing my coastal property last year.I can recommend this company.
