Comments:	I had a bad experience. One of the larger companies in the field, The Little House Company offers customer service as well as an extended range of advertising partners and a really well designed website. It is very clear and easy to navigate, it has the necessary information about selling and buying properties online and other useful services. The search function has several criteria, but you can use it to run a search as general or specific as you want. - UPDATE - This one was the best so far, quick response and have contacted both owners of property I was interested in - alas both sold, shame the information on the website was not updated. not that great Bad Experience We listed our last house with The Little House Company and had more interest and viewings than from the estate agent. Little House were extremely helpful and prompt to answer queries through their web site. Unfortunately our buyer did not have access to the net and so bought through the estate agent and we had to pay him a small fortunate for a very second rate service. We shall be using Little House Company again this year as we like their professional approach and the excellent design of the website makes it easy for buyers and sellers to use. We feel that we can do a better job than the estate agent when it comes to viewings, since we know our house and area and with Little House we can arrange viewings to suit our programme and not have to fit in with last minute hasty arrangements of an estate agent. Yes, Little House for our next house sale. very good web site - only most of the properties say sold. What is the point in advertising sold properties, for the buyer its just a waste of time
